The difficulty of each hike varies, but most hikes will be approximately 3-5 miles long and will be moderately difficult.
Hikers should bring at least 32 ounces of water, a few snacks, shoes with good traction, sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, and hiking poles if desired.
All women are invited, whether they attend RMC or not, but the age is for ladies 18+ and pets are not allowed.
Hikes will begin *right on time* so hikers should arrive early and be ready to go at the start time.
